Where it all began
Fitness wasn't something
Nina chose.
It chose her first.
Growing up, Nina and her brother spent their afternoons in the gym childcare while her mom and dad worked out every single day. Fitness wasn't a phase in her house — it was just life. It got into her early, and it never left.
After spending a couple of years teaching barre at a local franchise, Nina knew she wanted something more. Every time she finished teaching, she'd drive somewhere else to get her cardio in. It made no sense. Why couldn't it all be one thing?
"Barre needed more. So I left, and I built the workout I always wanted to teach."
In May 2017, Nina opened Club eNRG in the East Valley — a barre studio unlike anything else in the area. Her method married barre precision to real cardio intensity. Low impact on your joints. High impact on your results. Guaranteed sweat. Guaranteed soreness. Guaranteed results if you show up.
The method
She didn't just teach barre.
She reimagined it.
The Club eNRG method is Nina's own — developed over nearly a decade of teaching, refining, and listening to what her clients actually needed. It's not yoga. It's not Pilates. It's not a franchise format.
It's barre the way barre was always meant to feel — precise, intentional, and complete. Small isometric movements that fatigue the muscle, then cardio that drives your heart rate and burns fat. Sixty minutes. Full body. Every time.
Nina is certified through American Barre Technique and has developed her own signature Club eNRG method — built on a solid technical foundation and made entirely her own.
"I love the way your muscles shake when they fatigue. That feeling means it's working. You'll feel it here — I promise."
